Incredible statistics by the Croatian player in New Mexico’s tough road game on the West Coast

SAN DIEGO, California – Croatian basketball player Tomislav Buljan delivered an outstanding performance for the New Mexico Lobos in a top-level NCAA Division I matchup in the Mountain West Conference. The game between second-placed San Diego State and third-placed New Mexico was played in San Diego.

Despite his team’s loss, the freshman from Croatia was the brightest spot for New Mexico. Buljan recorded an impressive double-double, scoring 20 points and grabbing 14 rebounds. In addition, he contributed four steals, showcasing his versatility and exceptional activity on both ends of the court.

His attractive moves, energetic offensive plays, and crucial baskets drew attention at the national level as well. The most influential American sports network, ESPN, aired several of his standout plays, further highlighting the qualities of this promising Croatian wing.
